The perfect dinner! Tender pork chop marinated in soy sauce with garlic and spices, with the addition of liquid egg yolk. Indescribable taste and aroma. It's easier to try once than to tell about it a thousand times.

Total time: 40 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Yield: 1 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Pork chop - 1 pc
2. Egg - 1 pc
3. Soy sauce - 100 ml
4. Coriander - 1/4 tsp
5. Carraway - 1/4 tsp
6. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
7. Salt - to taste
8. Garlic - 2 cloves
9. Fresh herbs - to taste
10. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Rinse the pork chop, pat dry with a paper towel and place in a deep bowl.
STEP 2
Add spices, salt and soy sauce. Crush the garlic and add to the meat. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
STEP 3
Rub the marinated chop with your hands, distributing the spices over the entire surface and dipping it into the soy sauce.
STEP 4
Add a little vegetable oil to a preheated frying pan, then fry the chop over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 5
Fry the egg, leaving the yolk runny, then place it on the chop and garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
STEP 6
First of all, I recommend cutting the yolk, allowing it to spread over the entire surface of the chop, in this case it acts as a kind of sauce that gives the meat a special shade and taste. Enjoy!
