The Most Tender Chicken Breast in Honey-Soy Sauce

The most tender chicken breast I've ever tasted! It's prepared with honey and soy sauce, very quick and incredibly tasty. This recipe will perfectly complement any side dish or even become a great standalone dish.

Total time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes | Yield: 4 servings



INGREDIENTS


1. Chicken breast - 2 pcs

2. Salt - to taste

3. Black pepper - to taste

4. Butter - 80 g

5. Flour - 60 g

6. Honey - 2 tbsp

7. Soy sauce - 3 tbsp

8. Garlic - 2 cloves

8. Fresh herbs - to taste




Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Wash the breasts, dry them and make cross-shaped cuts on the outside, along the entire breast.


STEP 2


Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Roll in flour.


STEP 3


Melt 60 g of butter in a frying pan, then add the breasts and fry until golden brown on each side over medium heat.


STEP 4


Add 20 g of butter in the middle of the pan (between the breasts), then crushed garlic, honey and soy sauce. Stir the mixture until smooth, distributing it on all sides of the chicken breasts.


STEP 5


Reduce heat to low and simmer breasts in sauce for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.


STEP 6


Garnish the finished breasts with chopped herbs (parsley and coriander are ideal) and serve.
