This banana pie amazes the world with its beauty and incredible taste year after year. No oven, no mixer and a little time. I slightly changed the structure of the recipe, which made the pie even tastier! Be sure to try and personally evaluate the most popular banana pie recipe.

INGREDIENTS


1. Bananas - 2 pcs

2. Butter - 35 g

3. Sugar - 4 tbsp

4. Eggs - 1 pc

5. Vanilla - 1/4 tsp

6. Milk - 100 ml

7. Flour - 130 g

8. Cocoa - 20 g

9. Baking powder - 1 tsp




Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Wash the bananas, dry them and cut them into two parts, then carefully remove each part from the peel.


STEP 2


Melt the butter over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar and melted butter turn into caramel (be careful not to burn the mixture). Once the mixture turns a rich orange color, reduce the heat and add the bananas. After the bananas have simmered in the caramel for a couple of minutes, turn off the heat.


STEP 3


Beat one egg into a deep bowl, add the remaining sugar and mix well.


STEP 4


Add milk and mix well.


STEP 5


Add cocoa, vanilla, flour and baking powder. Mix the dough until it has a smooth, viscous consistency.


STEP 6


Then pour the dough into the bananas and spread it evenly over the entire pan using a spatula or spoon.


STEP 7


Bake the pie covered for about 25 minutes. Once the surface has set, remove from the stove and use a plate to lift the pie out of the pan.


STEP 8


This banana pie goes perfectly with milk or tea. Enjoy!
