INGREDIENTS
1. Flour - 500 g
2. Milk - 250 ml
3. Yeast - 5 g
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
6. Sugar - 1 tbsp
7. Butter - 50 g
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast.
STEP 2
Add warm milk and soft butter. Knead the dough.
STEP 3
Place the dough in a bowl greased with oil. Cover the bowl with a plastic bag and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 4
Form a ball from the risen dough and place it seam side up on a frying pan previously greased with vegetable oil. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it alone for another 30 minutes.
STEP 5
Bake the milk bread in a frying pan, with the lid closed, for 25 minutes, on minimum heat. Then remove the lid, carefully turn the bread over and bake for another 25 minutes. When you tap the finished bread, you will hear a dull sound.
STEP 6
The milk bread is ready. Immediately remove it from the pan and cool it completely on a wooden cutting board. You need to wait until the bread has cooled completely.
STEP 7
