The fluffiest pancakes in culinary history. It sounds very pompous, but it is true! If you find a recipe for more fluffier pancakes, I will delete this post! This recipe is not like any of the known ones. It is not a Japanese soufflé and at the same time not traditional flat pancakes. And most importantly, they are very quick and easy to prepare. Try it!

Total time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes | Yield: 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Flour - 500 g
2. Water - 250 ml
3. Sugar - 3 tbsp
4. Salt - 1/4 tsp
5. Baking powder - 1 tsp
6. Yeast - 3 tsp
7. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
8. Butter - to taste
9. Sugar syrup - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
In a deep bowl, mix the yeast with a small amount of warm water. Leave for 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Add sugar, salt and remaining water. Mix well.
STEP 3
Add flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly, then add vegetable oil and mix again.
STEP 4
Bake the pancakes in a dry frying pan, over medium heat, with the lid closed, for a few minutes on each side. This is when they should rise and become as fluffy as possible.
STEP 5
Add butter to the finished pancakes and pour sugar syrup over them. These pancakes are perfect with tea. Enjoy your meal!
