If you are a muffin lover like me, then this recipe is definitely for you! Quick chocolate muffins in a frying pan are prepared with a minimum set of ingredients, but at the same time are in no way inferior to traditional ones in the oven. And the liquid chocolate inside adds a special sophistication to them. To prepare muffins according to this recipe, you will need only 30-40 minutes!

Total time: 30-40 minutes | Cooking time: 25-30 minutes | Yield: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

1. Butter - 60 g

2. Egg - 1 pc

3. Sugar - 50 g

4. Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp

5. Flour - 100 g

6. Baking powder - 1 tsp

7. Dark chocolate - 30 g

Step By Step Cooking Process

STEP 1

Add slightly melted butter in a deep bowl, add sugar and mix with a fork.

STEP 2

Place the butter and sugar mixture on one side of the bowl, then add the flour, baking powder and cocoa to the other side.

STEP 3

Beat an egg into the middle and mix thoroughly until smooth.

STEP 4

Grease the baking forms with butter (only the inside), then fill half of the form with the dough, place the chocolate on top and fill to the top with the dough.

STEP 5

Place the forms with the dough on the frying pan, cover with a lid and bake for 25-30 minutes on the lowest heat. You can determine the readiness of the muffins by the top, it should set. I use a wooden stick, with which I lightly pierce the muffin and determine the degree of readiness.

STEP 6

It is recommended to serve ready muffins with chocolate while still warm, so that the chocolate inside does not have time to harden. Enjoy your tea!
