Amazing homemade seed bread! It's very easy to make, even without kneading, in a frying pan. A great recipe if you want to save time, but still treat yourself to something special. The seeds in my recipe are sunflower seeds, but you can replace them with others, such as pumpkin seeds.

Total time: 60 minutes | Cooking time: 40 minutes | Yield: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Flour - 420 g
2. Water - 420 ml
3. Yeast - 7 g
4. Brown sugar - 18 g
5. Salt - 10 g
6. Seeds - 225 g
7. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
If you use fresh seeds, you should first lightly fry them in a dry frying pan and cool them. Then combine flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
STEP 2
Add warm water and mix thoroughly. Then cover the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Add salt and seeds to the dough and mix thoroughly again.
STEP 4
Place the dough in a baking pan (after greasing the baking pan with vegetable oil) and transfer to a cold frying pan (I also recommend greasing the frying pan with vegetable oil).
STEP 5
Bake the bread on the lowest heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes, then turn it over together with the baking pan and bake for another 20 minutes, but without the lid.
STEP 6
The finished bread should be cooled, then removed from the baking pan and served. Enjoy!
