Greetings to all guests and fans of the Gentleman Cuisine! Lately, I have baked at least 6 types of homemade bread. This includes no-knead bread, milky bread, banana bread, and even a particularly tender airy loaf of bread for breakfast. Without using an oven and spending much time. And today I decided to share with you my personal secrets that helped me, and now will help you, bake the most delicious homemade bread in the world! Enjoy reading!

SECRET № 1

Inventory. Without the necessary tools, it is unlikely that you will be able to not only bake delicious bread, but even knead the dough. I am a very practical person and always try to simplify everything, because why buy and put away a bunch of tools if you can do without them? So, to bake the most delicious homemade bread you will need:

1. Electronic kitchen scales with a simple set of containers

2. A deep bowl for kneading dough (the deeper the better, because when the dough rises, a regular soup bowl may not be enough and you will have to "run" for the dough all over the kitchen)

3. Fork, spoon, whisk

4. Kitchen gloves and apron (this is a very useful set, as you will not need to constantly wash your hands and spend hours washing your clothes)

5. Deep frying pan (to be honest, the depth of the frying pan has little effect on the result, for example, I have a regular frying pan of medium depth, here it is more important that it has a non-stick coating and has a lid that is not too flat, which will not prevent the bread from rising during the baking process)

6. A plastic bag and a kitchen towel (we will need the first one to cover the dough while it rises, and the second one to wrap the bread and allow it to cool more smoothly after baking)

7. Wooden board and kitchen axe (by placing the finished bread on a wooden board to cool, you allow the bread to cool as smoothly as possible without losing its properties, because wood is the most natural tool in the kitchen)

8. Paper bag or envelope (the best option for storing bread, including in the refrigerator, removes excess moisture and allows the bread to "breathe")

SECRET № 2

Ingredients. It is very important that the products are of good quality and selected correctly. Bad yeast can spoil the process, just as bad flour can spoil the taste of the bread. I recommend using the following composition:

1. Premium flour

2. Dry yeast (crumbly, ready-made)

3. Salt and sugar (should not be wet)

4. Vegetable oil (not refined)

5. Water (not tap)

SECRET № 3

Correct dough. The initial result will depend on the quality of the dough. You can slightly violate the composition of the ingredients or the set of inventory, but it is strictly forbidden to violate the process of kneading the dough.

1. Add ingredients gradually, do not rush and follow a clear sequence (depending on the recipe): flour-salt and sugar-yeast-water-vegetable oil

2. Don't rush. Mix the ingredients smoothly, as if you want to stretch this moment. This will allow the dough to acquire the most uniform structure.

3. Be in a good mood. Based on scientifically proven facts, the dough contains living organisms, which in turn are able to detect our mood and even give feedback.

4. Monitor the exposure time. Try to set the alarm for the right moment so as not to disrupt the processes.

SECRET № 4

Bake bread correctly. Before putting the bread on the fire, reduce it to the minimum and be sure to grease the pan with vegetable oil. Do not lift the bread or move it during the baking process, and also make sure that the bread does not burn (knock on the bread, the finished bread makes a dull sound)

SECRET № 5

Let the bread cool completely. This step is very important because if you cut the bread while it is still hot, you can ruin its structure. Just let the bread cool completely by wrapping it in a towel and placing it on a wooden surface.

SECRET № 6

Proper serving is the key to taste. Whether you store bread in the fridge or cupboard, or serve it with tea or soup, it is essential to know the basics of preserving the taste and texture of bread:

1. Cut the bread with a sharp kitchen axe (this will help not to damage the texture)

2. Serve only when the main dish or drink is ready (after 30-40 minutes, the bread slices may lose their taste and begin to dry out)

3. Take the bread with your hands (this will allow you to get maximum pleasure from the taste and not spoil it with other tastes on your fork)

4. Remove the bread on time (after your meal is over, immediately return the bread to its original place to prevent it from spoiling, ready bread can be stored for up to 7 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 days in the cupboard)
